Jeffrey Hallett does a great job at blending several genre’s – science fiction, super-hero fiction, self-discovery and adventure. I particularly enjoyed reading about Tricia’s journey, and her transition from an introverted scientist to a fierce superhero. The digital illustrations are a wonderful addition to the novel, and represent the story and the characters perfectly. I thought this book was the final one in the series, but it ends on another heart-in-mouth cliffhanger. So many plot twists. So many questions remain unanswered.
