Mark Rose is a writer and consultant based in Alpine, Texas. After a career as an elected official and executive in the nonprofit electric utility industry, he turned his focus to public affairs consulting and poetry. Rose holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Texas and a Master of Liberal Arts in Poetry. Under the Pink Moon is his first published work.
